"From start to finish, Eleni and her team handled our group of 12 — six couples, most of us very close to retirement — with grace, enthusiasm and professionalism. They stayed in communication with us almost daily through WhatsApp, so we always felt our trip was being monitored and our needs were being looked after from a distance. That support REALLY came in handy when we had a room issue at our last hotel that the staff simply shrugged off. When we reached out late on a Saturday evening, the Travel12 team immediately went into action and had the issue resolved by the next morning. Truly felt supported all the way. The guides and drivers were AMAZING — our driver became part of our family within hours. We focused on culture and food, enjoying wine tastings, a four-hour cooking class, a honey farm tour, and olive oil tastings. Every pre-arranged meal was unique, with gorgeous views and food that was over the top in both quality and quantity! Those 5 stars were truly earned by this team. My husband and I had previously traveled to Italy with a trip also arranged by Eleni and had the same amazing experience — so I personally introduced her to this entire travel group.
